Admin Training

Overview: Our on-site training day is designed for up to six delegates. A dedicated CallXpress Trainer will contact you to discuss your training requirements and book a mutually convenient day. He will then spend up to six hours at your premises, covering the ‘day to day’ management of the system.

Who should attend? CallXpress system administrators, Telecom Managers and anyone who will need to administer the server.

Pre-requisites: A basic understanding of telephony and NT would be advantageous.

Cost: £1000 inclusive of sundry expenses, but exclusive of flights and/or accommodation

Topics Covered:
System Admin Module 1
- This presentation covers creating new users and editing existing users together with the various mailbox options available including message notification and message forwarding.
System Admin Module 2 - This presentation concentrates on the Call Processors and ESP (Extension Specific Processing) programming, allowing multiple-choice menus to be offered to callers
