Monarch: The No.1 Report Mining and data analysis tool

Monarch is Windows-based "Report Mining" software that easily extracts data from existing reports produced by any information system, along with easy data analysis, graphing, and exporting of data to other applications such as Excel and Access.

Unlike other solutions to access and analyse business data, Monarch requires no programming skills and no assistance from the IT department. Monarch empowers anyone in the organization to access and work with needed data, not just a select group of "power users" with advanced technology skills.

Monarch Pro lets you combine report data with database data; create multiple "lookups" of data, and more!

Virtually any report used in your organisation can be brought alive in Monarch. These files are commonly known as print files, spool files, TXT files, formatted ASCII files, etc. Monarch Pro can also access data from XLS, MDB, DB, DBF, WKx, delimited text and HTML files, as well as any ODBC-compliant data source, including SQL Server and Oracle.

Monarch Data Pump v9 automates the numerous Excel enhancements found in the Monarch V9 desktop report mining solution, including exporting customized summary data views with subtotals and grand totals saved as Excel formulas with optional Excel outlining; exporting Excel files with AutoFilter already activated; exporting Office 2007 OpenXML Spreadsheets (xlsx) and much more.

Thanks to Monarch Data Pump v9, many sought-after Business Intelligence initiatives, such as dashboards and scorecarding, both of which utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are now within easy reach for organizations that already leverage Excel as a familiar presentation tool.

In addition to MS Excel spreadsheets or templates, Monarch Data Pump v9 can export customized data as PDF files, MS Access (mdb) or other database files, valid XML, HTML and more.

Monarch Data Pump v9 also offers new integration with Microsoft SharePoint, especially with the new Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. Monarch Data Pump v9 can now access files in SharePoint document libraries as well as populating them with customized data. VorteXML

VorteXML software quickly and easily converts any structured ASCII/ANSI text data (such as reports, invoices, purchase orders, log files, HTML, etc.) generated from any system into valid XML for web services and more using any DTD or schema on an automated or ad hoc, programming-free basis.

A key XML web services roadblock is how to generate valid XML code. VorteXML solves this challenge, converting existing text files to XML. Now business text output an organization already produces becomes valid XML, programming-free!

Greatly simplifying the transformation of text files to XML, VorteXML also provides transformation capabilities that allow for complete population of the XML document.

VorteXML dramatically speeds up and reduces the cost of enabling current applications for web services, implementing enterprise XML systems, putting legacy output on the web (including bill presentment), and more.

The VorteXML solution suite is comprised of two powerful software products that work together:
