Our SMS Business solutions are built around the Text Message Server software, which we designed and developed over the past 7 years. A number of add-ons and plugins are available allowing you to build the perfect Business SMS solution for your organisation. Please see below for further details.

• Two-way SMS Gateway - Send and receive text messages on the desktop. Incoming messages can be auto-routed to the correct recipient and/or group inbox or auto-routed back out of the system to a mobile device.
  
  
• MSISDN Virtual SMS Numbers - Assign unique 'phone' numbers to individuals or departments.
  
  
• One-off Server Software Cost - No additional monthly costs, you simply pay for the texts you send. 1st year maintenance and telephone helpdesk support is also included, as is installation and setup. 24/7 Support is also available, pricing on request.
  
  
• Email Integration as Standard - Send and receive via familiar email interfaces - supports MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Groupwise and standard SMTP. Outlook plug-in allows access to local and global 'phonebooks'.
  
  
• Optional Client GUI- Additional interface if required, with additional information.
  
  
• SMS Print Driver - 'Print' a text message from any application.
  
  
• 3rd Party Software Integration - Text Message Server is VERY versatile - Auto send SMS messages using a File Processor/XML feed/API - See Integrations page
  
  
• Send and Delivery Notification - Rest easy in the knowledge that the recipient has actually received the message - can be important in some circumstances.
  
  
• SQL/SQL Express Database - Industry standard database connections.
  
  
• Active Directory Integration, NT/200/2003 Authentification, RightFax User Authentication - Single system login.
  
  
• Complete Audit Trail for Compliance with Enterprise Reporting Utility - Keep tabs on ALL messages sent and delivered
  
  
• IP Delivery with competitive SMS rates - Connects your SMS server to Avanquest UK's text message relay servers, allowing for delivery of 10,000+ messages in around 7 minutes. Message rates start at a maximum of 6p per text, with discounts applied on a sliding volume scale. Messages can be invoiced monthly or pre-paid.
  
  
• GSM modem support for IP failover - Continue to send and receive even in the event of internet connection failure.
